Fashion | Day Four of the 2015 Autumn/Winter London Collections: Men.

Hello lovely readers, it is the final day of the 2015 Autumn/Winter London Collections: Men. Can you believe how fast these prior four days have been? It’s unbelievable!

Never one to not go out with a bang, the British Fashion Council have selected an incredible, line-up, including two the biggest spectacles of LC:M, to conclude this consignment of collections.

With each event, the LC:M has grown bigger and, ultimately, better. This has been one of the best yet and I cannot wait for the SS16! So, without further ado, here are my final likes, lusts, and loves of the very rainy Day Four.

There was beautiful suiting at TOM FORD this morning with a monochrome palette energised with geometric prints worthy of the 60's legendary attire. Although these pieces were particularly eye-catching, it was sleek and casual black/white suits that I liked. Again, turtle necks and scarfs have made a statement in the AW15 LC:M. What I loved about the look was the addition of trainers, which lessened the piercing sleekness of the ensemble.

As always, the delightful Katie Eary exhibited a vibrant and vivid collection. Her energetic AW15 collection can only be described as attire fit for an Alice in Wonderland-like winter. Furthermore, the startling painted dolly eyes and bright, knitted hair added impeccably to that effect. My personal favourites from the collection were fiery red curled hat paired with the Jekyll & Hyde ribcage shirt.

The biggest, and most anticipated, show of the LC:M arrived today. Of course, I am talking about Burberry Prorsum. It is, without a doubt, the most talked about LC:M show. Each time, Christopher Bailey exceeds his predecessor shows. How surpassing the phenomenal shows is beyond me but he manages it and his AW15 presentation was no exception.

The show introduced its latest runway bag; now, I adored The Satchel but I absolutely love The Carryall! It was some of the finest tailoring I have seen and promises a chic, suave, refined, and elegant autumn and winter. I cannot possibly choose a favourite from this collection for I loved it all; the geek glasses, the fringe scarfs, eloquent colours, everything! To top it off, Bailey ended the show with confetti trickling down as the models did their final walk. Amazing!

Known for their excellent venue choices, Chester Barrie revealed their collection at the sultry Nyetimber bar. With Gone with the Wind amidst the reception on a brick wall, Barrie’s 30’s inspired collection shown and impressed viewers. The attention to detail made the flawless tailoring all the more prominent. The sleek tints and flecks of effervescent dye were effortlessly perfect with the fitted clothing. I must admit, I adored every piece from this collection, especially the striking ties! Chester Barrie have and will continue to be one of my favourite male brands out there.

Have you ever wondered what assembling an army of chiselled faces in tailored clothing looked like? Well, Tiger of Sweden, answered your question with their show. Suited and booted in dark tones from the colour spectrum, ToS’ models marched down side-by-side in a powerful finish. My favourite piece from the collection has to the collaboration of hoodie and suit. An unorthodox idea but a fantastic one!

To conclude the evening the 2015 Autumn/Winter London Collections, the powerful designs of Savile Row, St James's & Woolmark's finest were presented at Apsley House. With the theme of The English Gentlemen, the best of the best outdid themselves with a stunning and breathtaking reminiscent collection that every man should acquire.
